Estate Planning and Powers of Attorney for Low-Income Seniors

CCLS Seniors Team holds estate planning clinics in low-income senior citizen housing facilities and other community locations. At these clinics, pro bono attorneys or other legal services volunteers meet with seniors to assess their personal estate planning needs and draft simple wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents. Paralegals assist with obtaining and organizing documents and drafting legal documents. Providing these services brings peace of mind to clients who know that their affairs are now in order.
